認識 Carmen我的療癒旅程始於十多年前，親身經歷了能量療癒為生命帶來的深刻轉化。透過個人 RAAH 靈氣、療癒、Body Scan 工作坊等方式，協助客戶憶起自身本有的療癒力量。
我受過 Reiki、聲音療法、量子催眠（QHHT）等多重傳統的訓練，將古老的智慧與直覺性的實踐相融合。
